Yes we said Jamila cones! Did you ever want to know how we make our wonderful Jamila cones? Well now's your chance! We are giving you our recipe so you can make it at home at your own convenience!
Jamila Cones recipe
400g Jamila henna powder
80mL special blend essential oil
8 Tbsp sugar
1000mL (approximately) lemon juice
Heat up the lemon juice in the microwave for about 90 seconds. Empty jamila powder into large bowl and mix in the sugar. Make sure the dry ingredients are mixed well together. Add in about half of the lemon juice and mix. Add in the rest of the lemon juice and mix, should now be a lumpy mixture. To finish mixing use a hand mixer and mix until a smooth consistency. Cover with saran wrap and let rest for about 15 minutes. While you wait prepare your cones, each batch of 400g powder will make about 50 25g cones. After the 15 minutes is up mix in the essential oil and mix again until smooth. Pour into carrot bags and cut the tip to pour into cones. Each cones should weigh about 25g. Label and freeze as needed.
