Everyone knows that we always put sugar in the paste to help the henna stick on the skin, and so that the sugar can draw in moisture for longer.... But exactly how much sugar is really in the paste? That depends on what the paste it.... In henna, usually 1.5 teaspoons of sugar per 50 grams of paste. But this paste is really something special!
This paste is made purely of sugar, and absolutely no henna! The only color you will get from this is the food color in the icing. Enjoy these henna inspired cookies. The technique? Just like henna application! (be sure to use food safe items)
