Lavender Cone Recipe

400g Organic henna powder

80mL Lavender essential oil

8Tbsp sugar

1000mL lemon juice (approximately)

Pour lemon juice into large measuring cup and microwave for about 90 seconds. Empty henna powder into large bowl or measuring cup. Add sugar. Mix dry ingredients together well. Add half the lemon juice to the dry ingredients and mix with spatula. Add remaining lemon juice to mixture and mix well with spatula. Once mixture is mixed together, should be lumpy at this point, take out a hand mixer and mix together until mostly smooth. Cover with saran wrap and let sit for 15 minutes. This is a great time to prepare you cones, mixture should make about 50 cones, or you can put into carrot bags for later cone making. After the 15 minutes is up add in the lavender essential oil and mix again with the hand mixer until smooth. Pour into carrot bags and either freeze in carrot bags right away or package into cones. Cones should weight about 25g each. Store in airtight container or ziplock bags in freezer to be used as needed in the future!

Happy Henna making!
